Originally from England, she earned her State Registered Nurse and Midwife license before bringing her expertise to the United States in 1991. Since 1999, Pam has dedicated herself to transforming end-of-life care, leveraging her extensive experience to launch new agencies and elevate established ones.
Pam’s dedication goes beyond operations-she’s committed to shaping the future of hospice and palliative care through strategic business development, innovative training programs, and empowering teams to lead with compassion and confidence. Her ability to build high-performing teams and cultivate future leaders makes her a standout professional in the field.
